Personality [25 word minimum]: He's very laid back. He's someone that the students can turn to without being judged, because he's seen it all before, what with attending the school himself. He's also quite eccentric and can be seen as an oddball - which he is, and he would consider it a compliment if anyone said it to his face. He rarely gets insulted and takes everything in his stride, and he's almost always got a smile on his face or an amused twinkle in his eye.
History [50 word minimum]: Newton was born in Surrey in England as an only child in a relatively rich family. They were quite high on the social ladder, and wanted him to turn into a "fine, young man" to marry one of their acquaintance's daughters...they were disappointed.
He spent his teenage afternoons goofing around, reading and teaching himself the guitar after picking one up for the first time aged 13. He grew his hair long and deliberately disobeyed his parents. They didn't like his attitude, his clothing style, his music choice. They sent him to a strict classical music school in an attempt to sort him out. He rebelled, he drank, he even tried drugs, and eventually he was expelled. His parents then decided to send him somewhere else. Kurayami.
Upon attending Kurayami, he was originally in the Taitetsuku dorm by his parents request, but was then moved to Misuteru dorm for his last 2 years after sorting out his slight attitude and drinking problems. His closest friend at the school had probably been the librarian. His love of books made him spend a lot of time in the library, and so he became friends with the librarian.
After leaving the school, he went on to study music and got a degree. After which, he found out that Kurayami's previous librarian was retiring. Truthfully, he had missed the school. He had grown attached to it over the years. And so, he applied to be the librarian.
SCHOOL INFO
Subjects taught [minimun of two, please include hours and days]: Librarian (PLEEEEEEEEEEEEEASE!!!!!! *puppy eyes*) - all day, every day - opens at 7am and closes at 9pm (though he often lets students stay for a bit, as he stays a little longer himself)
Advisor to which activity [if any]: guitar (listen to his music and you'll see why I made that his activity XD I love his guitar playing~ Though someone else can do this activity with him, if they want), book club (like duh, lol)
I'll post about these in the activities bit when he's approved ;]
How many years of experience? he also attended Kurayami and spent a lot of time in the library, so already knew it off by heart. Has been the librarian for the past 3 years now, after returning after further study. He was too attached to the school, it seems.
